PiciorDePlay.ro is a streaming platform dedicated to theatrical performances, now accessible across mobile and television. This project brought theatre to audiences wherever they are, through a multi-platform delivery strategy. We designed and developed cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, delivering native experiences on both iOS and Android from a single codebase, alongside a dedicated Google TV application built specifically for the living room screen. Supporting this ecosystem required adapting the back-end architecture to handle multi-device streaming seamlessly. At the core of the streaming experience, we implemented Flowplayer (Wowza) as the streaming engine - ensuring the quality and reliability essential for delivering theatrical performances, whether live or on-demand.
