Through this document we inform you about (i) how you can use www.reea.net website and (ii) our business principles and values.
Reea provides its services based on a separate contract concluded between the Company and the interested persons.

Legality - all those who work with and for Reea are obliged to comply with national and international legislation, codes of good practice issued in our fields of activity and to operate with integrity.
Loyalty, fairness, impartiality, and integrity, which are the basis of all Reea's activities.
Anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation – we never offer or take anything of value to influence a government decision or to induce favorable behavior towards us; we do not make any payments or provide goods of value either directly or indirectly to any government official or employee.

Governing law. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If a dispute arisisng in connection with these Termen cannot be resolved through friendly negotiations, the competence is within the jurisdiction of Târgu-Mureș Courts, Romania.
These Terms may change from time to time without prior notice. Changes are applicable from the moment they are placed on our website. We therefore recommend that you consult this document every time you use our website.
