With Distinct Events, we started right from scratch, creating the whole brand identity. The story they wished for was a one-of-a-kind, a fresh concept, containing sensorial experiences, especially as they were going to collaborate with directors and scriptwriters for it. How cool was that?
What they needed:
When we met, the team was still looking for a name to illustrate the concept better and capture the brand's unique features. It was also necessary to have a design that was to emphasize the ”fun” element.
From naming to tagline
The name "diSTiNCT" was conceived by us at the end of some intense brainstorming sessions. The concept of the name was consecutive to the direction we wanted to go for the positioning strategy. "For Ladies & Gents" was the positioning tagline that outlined the desired uniqueness image.
The concept was a switch of perspective from the events that tend to repeat and resemble each other, no matter if its weddings, birthdays etc., all would have the same style. The letters in the logo, with or without caps, were a projection of the escape from compliance and a paradigm shift.
In the declinations of the logo, 3 types of colors were used, highlighting the role and importance of events in people's lives. Once we've done the visuals and positioning, we also created the brand identity manual.

You don’t expect an event agency to want to explore so many areas of the event market, from family to corporate, but the joy you experience when discovering such people is enormous. So we put together everything for them, from website to the web design and development component. In a nutshell, the agency was ready for the event market.
